In 1996, Prof Ivo Banac,had already transferred a smaller part of the collection with help of Mrs Tamara Lorković, curator of the Slavic Collection (15 archival boxes in hard-copy form after it had been digitized at Yale) which had been previously been stored at the Yale University Library. This part of collection was received by Branko Hanž, the librarian at the time. Finally, Mrs Raditsa signed the endowment agreement for the larger part of the collection (100 archival boxes) with the then-director Stjepan Ćosić in 2006. Hence, the collection was delivered in its entirety that year.
